The Hydrology Project Phase-II has been taken up for implementation in Chhattisgarh state with effective date of 05-04-2006 at a cost of Rs. 21.51 crores and loan component being Rs. 16.77 Crores (Loan No. 4749N). The Project period is six years commencing from the effective date of 05-04-2006 till 30-06-2012.
The Project Development Objective is to extend and promote the sustained and effective use of Hydrological Information System by all potential uses concerned with Water Resources planning and management thereby contributing to improve productivity and cost effectiveness of water related investments.
